Extra Money Charged In Ticket Booking Service

I can see we sre charged too much convenience fees. It was 160 once. 160 is more than a ticket price for many places. It's an unfair practice being done by Movie booking service provider.
Ideally such service charges should be low. I just saw that maybe as per section 6A of IT act 2000, internet handling charges per movie ticket should not cross Rs. 6 in AP/TS.
How come book my show charge me 160 rupees then?
