We every time buy movie tickets from bookmyshow since years. But we found extra charge by saying internet handling fee which is of 72 rs on 3 tickets and 32 rs on 2 tickets it increases based on tickets.

Why are we getting charged that much amount when we are buying tickets with our internet. It is almost 400 rs on 10 tickets. We watch at least 5 movies monthly and we are getting charged 32rs for 200 rs tickets.

This is not at all fair we blindly paying for something which is no point. Now we can see convenience fee instead of internet handling fee. What is that fee now? That means they are charging us for our convenience which we are bearing already? There is some legal point to charge.

Just want to clarify what are these charges for and compensate for our loss on each purchase. Also review about this issue to not repeat this for the consumers in future at least.
