I ordered airdopes 391 from boat lifestyle as i was out of town i opened it after 20-22 days, i charged it and tried to connect it with my phone it was not happening and airdopes were not charging after full charge of case also. I complained to their customer support they said as per our company policy we cannot replace it after delivery date of 7 days, we can repair it in warranty.
They sended their courier partner bluedart to pick it and after they received it they said that you damaged the ear piece so it cannot be repaired, means i am using apple and samsung product from past so many years and it never happened, and this so called big company said i did it, how can i believe that they have not damaged it and putting blame on customer. I want my refund or new product.
