I bought a speaker model number 1000 from Flipkart in January but you after using two months it's giving me problem Bluetooth connectivity so I thought to claim my product from boat company why raise the complaint in boat company so so he registered my complaint and came to my address pick up my product and while picking the product my my product was in good condition everything is good only there is a Bluetooth connectivity problem so after inspecting inspecting the my product the boat team told me that there is a internal part missing so we are rejecting your claim warranty we are not able to give you service.

And we are deliver your delivery your product back to your address then I said ok send it when my product deliver to me then I opened the box and check then there was a button missing which was on of button or volume up down button also my speaker is not working right now then on same time I click some pictures and mail to boat service team but they are not but they are not solving my problem and they are denying that we can't give service. I would like to request to hi authority please look into this matter and solve as soon as possible.
