I had ordered boat stone 190 speaker on 2nd of Feb from boat's official website, but I had cancelled the order on same day itself. Upon canceling I was told that would receive the refund in 7 to 8 working days but now its over 2 months I still haven't received the refund amount yet.
I have been calling and mailing the customer care back and forth since last 2 months but they do not respond to any query. Finally, when few days back I put up a complaint against them.
They sent out an email to me saying they have initiated the refund from their end with a reference ID, but I have checked with my bank and my bank statement as well I still haven't received the debited amount back from them.
Its been over 2 weeks to this as well. Below I am attaching the screenshots of order placed, the mail that I have received from boat, and also the pdf file of my bank statement for proof.
Please kindly check, you can see an amount of 1299 debited on 2nd Feb but I haven't received it back from the company ever since. They have just being lying about crediting the refund back when in actual they haven't.
