I bought an earphone of BoAt. After 9 months of purchasing the sound wasn't coming. When I sent it to them for warranty claim as it had warranty for 12 months, they claimed that they won't replace the product as it had slight damage (only according to them). But I can emphatically tell that when it was picked up it was absolutely fit and fine. It had no single damage.
If it got damaged it was because of the carelessness of the courier service which was chosen by them and not by me. Now why would I take the responsibility? When the courier agent picked it up from me, he checked it thoroughly and found no damage. Now BoAt is unlawfully denying my rightful warranty claim.
It was picked up on 8th August, 2022. Since then they have been harassing me. They are cheating their customers.
