Boat Lifestyle: Deducted Money For Order But Not Delivering It; Boat-Lifestyle.com

I placed an order for Boat Bassheads 104 on the official Website of Boat on 29th April 2022. But since 5 days, my order is showing no updates and still showing unfulfilled. On using the track my order service on Boat website, it shows 'Invalid Order'.

I don't know why they gave me a fake order id in the order confirmation email. This boat website sent me fake order confirmation and deducted my balance from Snapmint.

Their worst website also does not show the cancel button, so that I can peacefully cancel it and order from somewhere else. I even tried to write to Boat Customer support. But the are also giving no response.

They are making innocent people stupid by taking prepaid orders and then troubling the customers with no order update. They keep their cancel window open only for 4 hours after the placement of order so that after those 4 hours.

They can remove the cancel option and then the customer is trapped with their fake order. I want refund from this fraud company.
