The delivery agent sent me a sms to link my Paytm wallet with blinkit(grocers) and 2480 rupees was deducted from my wallet. However, he said he did not receive the money and denied me the order delivery. Since then I have been trying to reach out to blinkit customer support, they don’t have any number to reach out to and no one is responding to the chats anymore.
It was around 9:11 am on 23rd of June 2022 that I placed my order on blinkit with order I’d: ORD[Protected]. It was cash on delivery. However the agent did not have the change so he asked me to make an online payment by linking my Paytm wallet with the blinkit (grofers) account. He sent me an sms and I clicked on it. It didn’t show any anything on his phone but from my end money was paid and deducted. I showed him the transaction I’d and everything but he refused to deliver my order and went away.
There is no remedy since phone number provided appears incorrect. Blinkit is not ready to resolve this problem. I have paid 2480 rupees online via the sms link provided to me by the delivery agent, and yet they neither delivered the order nor are willing to look into the matter. Rather they asked me to pay again. Kindly file this complaint against the notorious and fraud company who are phoning people and blatantly ignoring any complaints.

I have ordered on 8 th july of 161 rupees , they send damaged , rotten and insects moving product also money debited twice .when i complained about these things , partially refund my money also its been more than 1 months they are not refunding my money which they debited twice .whenever i am asking them to reverse my money saying to talk with bank because merchant has not recieved the second time money, but when i am attaching the ban statement and response that blink it has recieved it they are not responding .
