SMELL IN 20 LTR JAR

We have been continuously ordering 20 LTR jar because of your long term goodwill in this sector. We have opened a fresh bisleri 20 liter bottle but it test like fish. Which is really a big surprise for me.
Never expected this from a company which is most trusted brand in water industry. Even tried so many time on your customer care no [Protected]but always its on answering machine saying you are on wait call and all the execute are busy and then will call you back.
But till today there is no revert call or response which is more disheartening and disappointing. Never expected this from a brand like you. Still we have jar available which is stinking and also our staff who have been drinking are complaining of throat infection and bad breath issue.
