not returning money paid for jars and not collecting empty jars

Bisleri supplied mineral water after receiving money online. But empty jars for which Bisleri collected deposit Rs.150 for each not returned and not collecting empty jars as per their SMS received by us on 14/11/2023. We both are senior citizens living in a small rented house finding it very difficult in the house.
