I would like to register a complaint against Bisleri for not delivering the subscribed and pre-paid water bottles every week. I had subscribed and paid online as per conditions to delivery total of 8 bottles for a month. I received only 2 Bottles after rigorous follow up on the same . I got text messages on the delay for couple of days on the scheduled delivery day of the week.
However post my call to Customer Care the messages were also stopped without proper information on the subscription status. I had even requested to speak to a senior Manager who can resolve my concern on the pending deliveries, but there was no call back from the company representative
I have written to them, but there is no resolution. I had even called their Customer care number and registered my complaint, with a request to cancel the subscription and refund the money if they are able to fulfill the subscription
I want Bisleri to be penalized as it is a cheating case for not fulfilling the order even after taking advance payment. and not even bothered to update the reason for not delivering.
A vehicle is able to deliver the bottles to a reseller shop in the colony, but cannot deliver at my doorstep which is few meters away from the General stores?
I want to get a compensation for the mental torture from Bisleri for not refunding my money and testing my patience.
Kindly accept my complaint and initiate an action as per the applicable law against the company
