Fraud By Gas Deliver

My name is kailash chand my gas cons no-13740, before two days gas deliver boy came to my house with lose weight 2 kg of cylinder when my wife said about fraud to him, he scolded to her and got return slip And gas cylinder.
I was complaint to agency. But Still i did not received any reason from agency and its very urgent for us because i have no other connection of gas. Please help us as soon as possible.
