Bharat Gas: After 11 days cylinder didn't receive

My name is Suresh Uttam Tidke,I booked cylinder on 9th Aug,but the interesting thing is I didn't get it also after 11 days.When I call to Gas Office,theirs phone always busy or switch off.Finally I bought the cylinder in Black at RS.1200/-.
