I had purchased a product that clearly said sea theme , and when I got it , I received another print ! So I wrote to them to exchange it and they said the product name says assorted which is incorrect. Even so , as per their return refund policy if notified within 7 days , I am applicable for a refund / return. After a lot of back and forth they accepted and said reverse pick up will be done and it’s been 2 weeks despite constant follow up on Instagram, WhatsApp and emails , messages are being read on Instagram and WhatsApp but being ignored . It was ordered for my infant for his first holiday and after requesting and letting them know , they just keep ignoring. The customer support team is horrible and has no idea how to address and resolved issues . They are not even briefed on the company’s refund and return policy.
