I purchased a ride on jeep from baybee for my Son's bday and from day 1 it has lot of issues. The remote was not working fine and had to make multiple calls to the customer care team and the response has been pathetic, they are clueless about solving the issue.

The sent wrong spare parts to fix the issue and its two months still they are trying to fix it. The charger is not working from the 4th Charge and now they say I need to pay Rs.650/- for the new charger. I had purchased the product by paying Rs.16,000/- and hardly used for 3-4 times.
