I had ordered a 19mm strap from amazon and got 18mm strap instead. Even though I placed a return very next day, the item was not picked up and the return window also got closed. Now when I raised a complaint in their portal, they say they have done investigation and confirmed that they have delivered right product. The product is still here with me and I can provide the pictures too.
