Refund not received for amount deducted for an order not placed

Hi I had placed order no ORDER # [Protected]for which money was deducted from my icici account no 00[Protected]on 31st jan vide transaction id [Protected](INR 763.26 ). The order is cancelled and reason cited was payment failure while the money has been deducted and not yet refunded .
