I have ordered 3 woolen dress material from amazon. I am their prime member. But instead of that item i received 3 hair clips in a single 10 inch packet also mentioning its weight 1 kg. When I immediately complained about it to there customer care.

They assure their team will revert. After investigation they are saying right order has been delivered. You say how it is possible. The size n weight of the packet was not ok to carry these suits.. It is clearly visible.

Need justice and refund. They are mentally harassing me.
