I had ordered for LG monitor and got a fan delivered in place of it. My wife had taken the delivery as i was in a call and to my horror the product delivered to was a ceiling fan.
I have paid 32999 INR for it in EMI, and i really do not have anyone else to go to asking for help as investigating team came up with an answer that product is delivered correctly.
If there is an investigation then they should come to the place and cross check the product as well, how come this can happen? I understand before providing otp it should have been checked but as i was in a call i could not take it.
Moreover we hardly check items from amazon each and every time as we wont be home and mom is old to even understand whats in it. I suppose my blind trust is the reason i am in this situation and i feel helpless and horrified by this incident.
