I bought an HP Slim Tower Desktop from Amazon India.This was a third party product which was sold by The-Estore, Shubh Infotech (2 Radhaa APT near Anandashram, Nagpur Maharashtra, 440009. The seller's PAN No is [Protected] AND GST Registration No is 27[Protected]18.The Order date is 04 July 2022 and order Number is: [Protected]. The CPU was not working properly so I sent a request to amazon for a refund.According to Amazon's instructions the product came under self-return policy so i sent the product to the seller by DTDC courier service on 25th July 2022 in the same box.
I received and with proper packing. There was nothing missing when I sent the package to the seller. The product received by the seller on 27th July 2022 in a good condition. But after a month, the seller is lying and making excuses that the product was received in an improper condition and also missing some devices.
I have been chasing this issue with Amazon for a month. But from the Amazon side there are no conclusions. And also not taking any legal action against the seller.I am also sending some pictures for your references. I am very disappointed with Amazon's service.Please take some legal action against the seller and help me to refund my amount.
