I ordered HP printer ink catridge, it got rejected saying that i rejected the order but in truth I didn’t receive any order/call from amazon. Then i called customer care and amazon personal said it was their mistake and said sorry from their side.

They said they can’t retrieve my order once it is sent back so refund initiated and advised me to order again. I ordered again, from the same seller and same thing happened again. Second time exactly showing my order returned and refund initiated.

I do not have any clue what is happening, who rejected that order, why it got cancelled and no one has an explanation from their side. When i called customer care they are saying same story and advised me to order again.
