I have placed an order on Amazon for a furniture i.e., a console table with ORDER # [Protected], date: 26th Sept 2021, i received a little damaged product but i accepted the table.
But few months after the table started cracking from everywhere. I have enclosed pics for the same. I bought the table @ Rs. 12,000/-, i have contacted seller many a times, the seller is not responding.
I have tried contacting Amazon Customer care but they usually transfer my call from one person to another. i was asked to upload pics of the table to a link, but no resolution was provided.
I am so shocked to see that such prestigious online selling site don't do QC for products sold on the website. Pathetic Amazon, i am a business purchaser. I filed a complaint in consumer forum as this is just fooling around people.
I need the resolution asap. I don't need the table take it back and compensate for my loss. e-mail: [PROTECTED]@gmail.com.
