I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment with order ID FN[Protected]placed on August 19th, 2023. On August 23rd, I received a black XS-sized T-shirt with the brand "OUTRYT" instead of my ordered item. It had an unattached blank tag and a loose Nike tag in the bag, contrary to my order. I swiftly initiated a return request and contacted customer care.
Despite a smooth return process and verification that only the blank tag was attached, on September 1st, Devendra Kumar claimed the product didn't meet quality standards and would return. Language barriers led to an unprofessional call termination, and my return was canceled. I won't accept delivery, given the quality test. My emails to the grievance team received no response. I've lost faith in Ajio and won't order again.
