Recently i have ordered a pair of shoe from AJIO app( order ID: FN[Protected]), name: purvika jangid. I have made the payment of 1547 rs including the convenience fee through phonepay. But it was not satisfying my need so, i returned it on 14th october. Ajio transfered the amount into my wallet twice and from that i requested for the wallet to bank account transfer.
Now, the amount is not in the wallet and is not in my bank account as well. I have already raised 3 complaints and mailed the account details to the customer care also. But they are just delaying the matter. It's been 14 days since they have initiated the refund.
