Hi I I have ordered two items in ajio. The items doesn’t look good on me so I decided to return the items. On 5th march 2023 I have raised return request. Today I got msg saying that return request got cancelled without any proper reason they just cancelled the order. I want the product to be picked up n then my refund. They asked me to raised return id using self care option. I have raised complaints as well for the products more than thrice I have contacted the ajio customer care they were keep on saying that the issue will resolve within two days but in the end it’s not. Now the return request time is out I’m unable return the item. The problem is not from my side. I want my refund otherwise I’m going to raise complaint in consumer court. My product’s worth is 5000/- I’m not a fool to loose it.
