I order two shoes in a Sigle order from this site and make the payment through card and i get the successful confirmation of my order. i check my mobile in night there was a massage that your 1 shoe out of 2 is cancelled, next day I made a call but they are enable to give such answer which satisfied me.

They are repeating just one word it is technical issue, if it was technical issue then the whole order should be cancelled. now they show the remaining one shoe is dispatched but after four days when i check the status of my remaining 1 shoe it shoes me that Your product was not delivered. We are returning the product, Refund will be initiated by.

Once again i call the customer care to know about the reason but once again they are giving illogical Reasons, they said that the product is damaged, the question is how they came to know after shipping the order that the shoe is damaged. we talk to supervisor but he also repeated the same words. This issue raised many questions.

1. How any company can cancel the order by its own after getting the payment in advance?

2. If there is any damage in the product, is it impossible to ship the new one?

3. I think they are giving exciting offer to make people pay in advance and then cancel the orders and not refunding their payments which I noticed in through the website there are many complaints that did not get the money back, is this a new business?

4. This issue make me to think that they are lotting the innocent people from there respected places.
if thre is any to make them answerable, please do so because the pepole go to these sites to save their hard earning money.
