Faulty Shoes Received

Dear Sir,
I have received 1 Red Tape leather shoes order ID FL0[Protected]from Ajio on [Protected], but i have used the shoe on [Protected]for the first time , on the 1st use itself shoes are full of wrinkles and skin is coming out of the shoe like it is made of rubber and plastic.
I have called on the [Protected]to Ajio customer care, but they are not accepting the return order as the return window is already closed which i accept, but why did they provide me such a low quality show which has damaged after its first use.
It is a very bad experience for me from AJIO as I am a very old customer of AJIO ,this is not acceptable.Please look into it and reverse my hard earned money.
