I sent the picture of the wrong item I received. ajio verified. then only they accepted the return request. But they are not refunding my money now. since two months, they are sending same message that product has been delivered to warehouse, after quality check, I will get refund.

How much time they do need for quality check? Ajio is a fraud. It's been two months. They are forwarding same message. They have accepted the returned product but neither refunding my money nor the product.

I can't give them more time. Within 24 hours, they should refund money. Even ajio is sending false ARN that they have initiated refund. After contacting bank, I came to know it's false. Bastard! Shame! They should go to jail.
