MY MONEY DEBITED FROM MY AIRTEL BANK ACCOUNT AND NOT ADD IN Beneficiary's ACCOUNT. I DONE THIS TRANSACTION ON 25/03/2022. THEN I CALLED CUSTOMER CALL CENTER OF AIRTEL BANK THEY ASK ME FOR WAIT 2 DAYS FOR CONFIRMATION.
I AGREED WITH WAIT FOR 2 DAYS AFTER 2 DAYS THEY SAID WAIT FOR MORE 2 DAYS. THEN THEY FREEZE MY ACCOUNT AND THEN I AM ASKING WHY ACCOUNT IS FREEZED SO THEY ARE NOT GIVING ME PROPER REASONS AND ASKED ME TO SUBMIT AADHAR CARD COPY.
I ALSO UPLOADED AADHAR BUT THEY ASK ME AGAIN WAIT FOR 2 DAYS. THEY ARE ASKING ME BANK STATEMENT OF BENEFICIARY THAT I TRANSACTION TO OTHER. HOW CAN HE GIVE ME HIS PERSONAL INFORMATION TO ME?
NOW THEY ARE ASKING ME AGAIN AND AGAIN WAIT FOR 2 DAYS. I AM VERY DISTURBED FROM THIS AIRTEL BEHAVIOR PLEASE HELP ME TO RECOVER MY MONEY AND MY BANK ACCOUNT.
