Today, after sending more than 10 emails I called your call center from Dubai and they mentioned I need to contact Airtel within three days of recharge to change my package.
I did contacted airtel but through email and your mobile application instead of call. They clearly said email department is different and it is their problem that they did not help you even after sending the email.
Call center said we would have easily helped you in case you would have called us instead of sending email or raising complaint on application. I am not able to understand this.
Now I have explained you everything I need a proper response and fix as soon as possible.
Do not reply that you cannot reach me as I recharged my phone with international pack on 28th itself on the same day I recharged INR 4K recharge and I can receive any call very well.
I think we need people on social media to decide who is wrong in this situation or what basis my request has not been resolved yet.
