This mail is to inform you that my brother process the loan amount of 6000 which is not reflected in the account and don't get a single rupee and the application told and shows that repay option if we didn't get the money how we pay it.

Kindly answer or solve the query in a hour or else. I complete disappointed kindly help me for it.
