Dear Sir / Madam I was checking loan eligibility in a app, but without my consent they have approved and credited to loan amount to account 3,300, but they now asking 6000, I already made Rs 4800 payment.
Some of the agile loan agent named (RIZWAN) told me they will sort it out at their hand, But from March 2022 I am Suffering from harassment by agile loan. Now when I have ignored to pay them.
They have hacked my contact list and sending abuse language to all my contacts and mentioning that they will block my Aadhar, pan and bank account. These people are asking money to all my contact and harassing all my contacts.
They posted my pic with bad words. please help me what should I do. please take some legal action with these kind of people.
