Send Spoiled Jio Wifi Dongle

I purchased Jio Fi dongle from this site with the amount of 1570/- after received it I found that it was spoiled one...I informed them through mail and whats-app but they didn't reply ...while purchasing they told me that it has 2 years warranty but after informing they told that it was refurbished no refund and not give any clarity.

I ordered jio fi.but they delivered damaged product.It is not at all working. I communicated team with mail and phone call.Nothing got received back. I need my money back.
