I have ordered a mobile, Motorola edge 40 neo on 5th Nov 2023 of Rs. 23499.00 having tracking order number- [Protected], but due to some personal reason I requested them to cancel the order by calling and sending mail to them on 6th Nov 2023 to which they conformed my order cancellation on 7th Nov 2023 and mailed me that I will get my refund within 7-10 days. After that I called to their customer care number and after several try it connected and they said I will get my refund very shortly. Now while I am calling and mailing them to know about my refund status, their customer care number is not in use and also no response is there when I mailed them several times. Please help me to get my refund.
