Add Me Cart GWSSD E-Commerce Fraud

Have purchased a 8t Mobile from addmecart on 4th June 2022, didn't receive the product nor the refund, no response from them suggest not to buy anything from their fraudulent site.
They send emails stating it's ordered and sent to dealer to deliver but do not get any response from them. Post which when you cancel the request then you get a email stating the order is ready to be delivered which is again fake as the docket number raised is cancelled by themselves just to show that they are working on it but it's all fake messages.
Suggest they refund the money as soon as possible else will face the consequences of a fraudulent act, which is punishable. Hope the complaint made here is heard and acted on. Request this site team to kindly help me.
Had bought that for my father for father's day sadly I'm very disappointed with such fake site could not fulfill it. It's my hard earned money. Request of can be refunded.
There are many such complaint on Google search not sure how they are still available online making such fake promises to other customers as well, Kindly have them stop such businesses hopefully other customers will not fall for such scammers as I did.

Reply I have ordered samsung galaxy buds pro violet earphones, and paid in advance, through net banking My order ID is [Protected]Dated August 7, 2022 Amount paid RS. 6,999/ On recieving product i found it to be fake, i have repeatedly asked site to refund my money or send genuine product, i have sent my order no. and unboxing videos to site as asked by them but they are not replying my mail and not picking up phone, i have mail track records that my mails are delivered and opened by site, each and every time. This means they have willingly done this act of cheating.
