AddMeCart: Refund My Amount That I Had Paid

My name is Tariq Ahmad, i ordered my product REDMI 9 POWER mobile on AddMeCart fake shopping website on 11th August 2021, under ID number #[Protected]as there were mentioned next day delivery, so at the same time i purchased and they make transaction and deducted amount of ₹8414 from my account through debit card/razor pay.

After that i had received only payment receipt/invoice in my mail inbox, there was no status of my order showing on their Application, there is no mention expected date of delivery and so on. i realized this is fake shopping website after that i was waiting for my product but not received anything. after 6 days on 17th of August 2021.

I text them on their Whats App and and text them through their mail address and claimed for refund, but they don't respond, instead they were sending mi Auto generated replies on their WhatsApp, whenever i text them. so its my humble request to hlp me in refund. below is the company details.
