I've booked zoom car on 25th Feb 2023 for 25th Feb 10 AM to 27th Feb till 7PM , and pay of Rs. 8398 , and when I am going to taking car on time , that time my trip was not started just because of My previous trip due balance , of Rs.1760 , I have paid that amt 2 time ,but my current trip was not started , and I not used car for my urgent work , My meeting is cancelled with my client worth of Rs.25 Lakh , that is my loss just because of I've not attend meeting.

And when I cancelled that trip zoom car deduct my my Rs.7810 and refund me 588 . When I am not using trip then why zoom car deduct this amt . Now I go to consumer court to fill a petition against zoom car for this fraud , previous due amt is still showing in app . Also try to call on customer care several times but no one attend calls.
