Zoom Car: Unable To Provide Service And Not Making Refunds

I had made a payment on zoom car app on 4th February 2022 of Rs.999/- for Supermilers Elite Club Membership. But it's been 12 days how they haven't activated the membership.

I sent several emails, tried to contact with each and every number provided on their app and on Google but all the numbers are invalid. I tried to connect through Facebook and Twitter, i got replies that they need more time to resolve this.

I have been complaining since last 10 days and they are not able to resolve it. If they are not able to provide service they must refund the amount. I had opted for the membership.

As I wanted to book cars from zoom car for 2 different occasions, but i couldn't because my membership wasn't activated hence I had to shell out extra money from my pocket to take service from other service providers.

Either activate my Supermilers Elite Club Membership or Refund my amount. I have been a customer with zoom car since 2017. It was pretty awesome service that time. But as of now, zoom car service is pathetic.

No customer support at all. Zero customer supports. 100s of people complaining for their refunds are not initiated by zoom car.
