My profile has not been verified even after 2 hours of the scheduled pickup time due to which I am not able to start my trip. I had already uploaded my documents the previous night, but in the morning also, my documents are not verified. Customer support is not picking up, ticket raise shows an error. The worst app, worst company, and worst customer support ever.
