I booked 2 cars with booking IDs JPSNI7Z6Q and JPSNI7HNI but the car I chose while booking was cancelled by the host and was asked to look for another car. Therefore cancelled my booking. But refund if Rs 11,141 and Rs 11,744 still pending. And since there is no way of contacting customer service of zoomcar we are stuck and over 23000rs went down the drain.
