I booked a zoom car (ID: JPSN7QD0L) from 11th May 2:30 pm to 13th May 10pm. They cancelled the car 1hr before the pickup without informing me. This costed me loss of thousands of rupees as I had to replan my entire trip.
According to the personnel (Mr. Naveen) who was supposed to deliver the car to my location the car was in perfect condition but zoom car denied delivery of car and no replacement was provided.
They kept on telling me that replacement card are available and after hours on being on call they told me no car can be provided only cancellation is possible. I had to travel from Bangalore to Mysore.
Entire trip was spoiled. Had to take bus which costed me extra 7000rs plus no assistance from zoom car. Kindly look into the matter and help me provide for the loss i suffered due to zoomcar negligent policy and irresponsible behaviour. (Naveen Ph. No. [Protected]).
This all events led me to entirely change my hotel bookings, unnecessary bus expenditure and major inconvenience to travel anywhere.
