Booking was done with payment from credit card and same is confirmed got the message and mail where I need to pick up the car when I reached the venue and search for the car same is not available.

And when I connect with the owner he said that car is not available in Pune and I tried to contact customer care but could not connect. This is not good service by zoom car, car is not available at venue and had a discussion with car owner he said that car is not in Pune then how booking is confirmed.

While I am doing cancellation I am not able to do that because trip was started and I tried many times to customer care but call is not picking up this is realty not appreciable.
