I ordered a pizza from zomato and i received it in a damaged condition. It was spilled and was not in good condition and when i asked them to give me refund they did not provide me with it.
The item was not in edible condition. I ordered it for rs 250. I did not get what i ordered. I did not even eat it. Asked the to either give a fresh pizza or provide me with the refund. I got nothing.
So i request you to help me get my refund from zomato as they are not giving me my refund. Its like a fraud that has been done to me as i have paid for the item and did not get the worth of my money.
Zomato rates a restaurant on its app then its his duty to keep the check on the item that a restaurant which is delivering the food by using their medium. The name of the restaurant is Chicago pizza and its address is Pani Tanki Patna.
Zomato is not resolving my query and i am not satisfied with this type of thing. Its completely unacceptable for me. So do help me resolve my query.
