While I'm traveling to my home after 12 I got an order from Zomato and pickup is about 2.29 km and drop is about 9.97km and at that time in my bike there is no sufficient charging to travel that much distance as my bike was electric one.. even though I accept it try to ride to customer location after 3km it will definitely trouble in traveling completely so that why I didn't accept that order and try to denial it..that's it and I woke up in the morning and try to go for delivery orders the account got terminated due to frequent denial I got this message from them.

Even though I accept and travel for customer location it might not possible and even though I try to transfer the order to other delivery partner there is no one to accept and try to deliver as it was long distance and that to..night time the time is at around 1am then..how can I go...to deliver that order...I think this is not the right way to this for delivery partners so my request is to accept it genuinely and try to activate my account as fast as possible and I'm promising to Zomato that next it won't be happen from my side..plz active my account it's my humble request.
