I have placed an order vide order ID 344425 online on Zefo online website on 07 Aug 2 The product is king size double bed ( storage) unboxed value Rs 9798. Once I placed the order was unable to login, so wrote an email stating the same and intend to buy more products. Next day a rep called up stating item will be delivered in coming 4 days.
Which never happened till date. Wrote several emails , to which reply was pre- written. They don't have any clue. Since 4 days they have stopped replying to the email as well. All of their customer care numbers are invalid. One whatsapp number is also non responsive even after reading the grievances.
Nil update has been given. I am stuck . I needed the item delivered or refund to be issued. And they should be penalized for looting customers.
