My name is Bedanta Sarkar. Mobile number [Protected]. I took a loan from Yomoyo blossom technology Pvt LTD (Instarupee) of RS.4000 on 27/09/2020 and repaid RS.5056 on 30/09/2020. I repaid the loan amount before the payment date so that I can get another loan of higher amount. I repaid the loan amount to the account number which was visible in the company's application while making the payment but after repaying the loan amount when I checked the account number in which I have made the payment it was not the same it got changed and it is showing me to pay the money again in other account number. I have contacted their customer service representative from 30th September till date and everyday they are informing me the same thing by doing nothing. I emailed them by sharing all the required details like the loan amount, the paid amount, the date of payment, along with the card number which is very important to them with the bank statement as well wherein the the account number and the transaction reference number is also mentioned. But still they are calling me and adding overdue charges by doing nothing. Why should I pay again. I had a word with my bank as well and they have also confirmed me that it has been processed to them. I have emailed them with all the required information along with the transaction reference number but they are doing nothing apart from asking money again and again. The account number which is there in the bank statement this is there's account number because it was the same account number in which I have made the payment for the first time when I have taken the loan. Please help me with this my credit score is getting hampered and they are adding overdue charges which is completely wrong.
