Guys, this is complete team of fraud people. I have booked a Hotel Shri Swaninarayan Bhakti Dham Dwarka though this portal. For Date 27th to 29th Dec 2023 and I have paid 17366. My Booking voucher number is [Protected].I made this booking on 1st Nov Sadly, i lost my mother on 7th Nov. And I placed request for Cancellation. Then I could not find any customer care number for them. In last 20 days, I have dropped 15 mails to their customer care mail Id info @yatradham.Org and No one is responding to that.They are not making refund. So i urge everyone not to use this Portal.

These people are here to cheat you. I am filling legal Suite against them. I urge if there are more such people who can join me, it will give more strength to the case.Hotel is saying you should contact yatra dham team only. They can easily make refund as this is peak period for gujrat visit, and we can easily find alternate bookings for the same.
