Its fake for aftermaths, trying to reach them for last 5 months for original papers but in vain, as Rto needs original medical papers, mails are bouncing back, mobile is switched off, sad to say

On 1st MAy 2021 had registered for my driving license renewal, all formalities were done, but when i when to the RTO to submit the papers, they are asking for original papers, i am trying to contact them but in vain, even the mails are bouncing back and the said mobile no is switched off. Its been 5 months that i am following up and now i realize it is a fake site.

I FACED SAMJE PROBLEM 1500 RS PAID ONLINE.POLICE COMPLAINT IS NEEDED.

Roadmax is a fake site. They have taken Rs 1500 from me also which is too high as per government site. Now neither they I am able to send them email nor I can see their website also which earlier was opening on my computer. Even I could'nt connect to their customer care number. They have asked back log through email but now when i am replying on mail its coming error.my created ticket number is #759562.I think such people should not be allowed to befool people like this. Hi, I faced the same issue, after depositing 1500, they wrote that it cant be done and gave a stupid reason & offered refund which never happened, I thought that it is genuine site authorized by govt as it popped up above govt page. Strict action must be taken against this criminals

They couldn't process my licence renewal case which they agreed on email but never returned anything as per refund policy which was there on their site when it was opening. Now they blocked my IP address from their sites. I think such people should not be allowed to befool people like this. Their site opens up on top of government site. I have launched complain in cyber cell also but till now nothing is done against such cyber criminals. I will be after them till I get justice.

Need to submit a complaint for ROADMAX online site which deals for driving license and renewal process. So i have applied for DL renewal process and submitted the application form and paid amount 1500. After that the site not opening neither the call is being connected from which I got a call regarding DL renewal process. Please take this as my complaint.
