Their big furniture outlet or so-called factory outlet is just a fraud and salespeople in this outlet are bigger fraudsters. They will behave so sweetly and will agree to deliver all according to your expectations when you go for purchasing, but once you have done the advance payment then the big fish is caught. They will show their true colors from there and the journey of lies & false commitments starts. If u keep trying them, they will not answer your call, and if someone answers then you will be offered a false commitment with a false date, which never comes.

You choose a product in the shop and then you get something different. The quality of the fabric and the sofa is different. They will not respond to your calls once the sofa is delivered, and they will not listen to any of your concerns, even if the sofa is damaged or not cleaned. I had a very pathetic experience with the Wood World staff and I will never ever refer anyone to buy any furniture from their shop. Quality is not at all up to the mark. Please don't waste your hard-earned money on these fraudsters.
