Winni Cakes — Cake not delivered Order ID: [Protected]
Worst experience ever. Today is mother’s day I order cake from winni. I schedule my cake as per websites slot 2pm to 6 pm and I order placed on 10:00 am which is not actually delivered at my address. I called customer support, they said that they will delivered in 30 mins . I called them 5-8 times, , but cake was not delivered to me. I have lost a lot because of this They spoiled my mom mothers day.... I would not like to recommended this site to anyone for the order of cake. I don’t want what happened to me to happen to anyone else.

Hi Winni , i got the delivery today. And when i check the parcel the product i order was not there. I got only three Rakhi’s with almond and cashews pack with different packaging. Whole, i want to say that the stuff we ordered was not exactly same and with missing things. I’m sending you the proof , please have a look and let me know as soon as possible. I want that stuff which I ordered or i need my refund. This is first time placing order with you and we are sorry to say that we are not happy with service. I need you to get on action asap. Waiting for your reply.
